 ✅ To better your stay and to avoid extra charges, Please help us stay open by complying with all our house rules/ policies🌟👏🏼

  1. ✅ Please No events/extra guests/outside visitors unless prearranged.😊 Max:Two adults/room(no children)

  2. ✅ Please No smoking of any kind allowed inside. Weeds are prohibited on property.🚭

  3. ✅ Please No pets allowed unless prearranged.🦌

  4. ✅ If event/pet/extra guests/visitors discovered on the property, or smoking detected inside, guests will be charged between $100-$1000 depending on the case.🤨

  5. ✅ Guests will be responsible for any damages🌱

  6. ✅ Please No loud or boisterous behavior. We reserve the right to evict any guest without refund for improper behavior or breaking of our policies.🤨

  7. ✅ Fire arms are prohibited on property. 

  8. ✅ We are not responsible for any losses or accidents that occur during your stay.

  9. ✅ Quiet hour after 10 pm ✨

  10. ✅ We quire cancelation notice 7 days prior to arrival for individual reservation, and 14 days for group reservation, via email for full refund of deposit.

Helpful tips

Please note, for the most part, there is no host or staff on premises except on management occasions & cleaning. So be sure to read the guest guide in your room for contact info and and area recommendations. And the City hall, Police/Fire Dep all are right across the street so you are in good hands as far as safety goes:) Also Your payment due will be automatically charged to your cc on file on the day of your arrival so you do not need to do a thing:)

Community kitchen is only for prepping light snacks, not suitable for full/heavy meal prep. And please leave it and common areas like you found it to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:)
